Load is weighed on our certified scale in front of you and given a unique package ID. That ID follows the parcel end to end.

Trained samplers take a representative sample with photo evidence. Assay results usually within 24 hours.

Weight × grade × LME × payable %, minus itemised deductions. Live LME rate is printed on your offer.

Buying officer prints the pink slip. You review the numbers and sign — a copy for you, a copy for the cashier, a copy for our records.

Cashier verifies the signed slip and pays out by bank transfer or cash. Bank transfers land same day if received before 14:00.
